Happy Beltane!

Beltane No Comments »

Can you just see those blazing Beltane fires and the haughty Maypole jutting up out of the ground?  What a delightful time of year!

Of course, this is the time in the CUSP progression when we fertilize the seeds planted in March that will ultimate blossom and fruit into our goals for the year to be collected at Harvest time.  We raise energy to invest into our plans for the year and in the mundane life, we invest energy into making our goals a reality.

It is amazing how life rewards this incredible CUSP tradition.  Once you have planted your desire for change in March, by May you will see the breath of that change in the air.  Opportunities will begin to manifest and the path toward fulfillment will begin to reveal itself to you.  By no means is the result formed yet, just as the seed is only just beginning to quicken in the earth.  Tiny sprouts may begin to peek out, but for the most part, this is a time of tremendous faith.

There is an old saying that goes, “Do not dig up in doubt what you have planted in faith.”  Beltane is a time of tremendous faith in the process of what we do.  We plant our seeds and begin the process of manifesting our goals with great excitement.  By the time Beltane rolls around, our seeds have been underground for a good 6 weeks and we begin to get antsy and eager.  We wonder if we planted the right thing or what we should be doing to further the process.  Once you have planted your seed with confidence, have the strength and confidence to step away and let it grow!  All that is called for from you at this time is faith and nurturing.  Water and feed your seed, keep the weeds from coming up around it and sapping away the energy you are investing into it and trust the process!

Remember the time of year!  This is when we fertilize our efforts, so make certain you are acting in accord by canvasing for opportunities for the potential resolution of your goal.  Your answer is under a rock, waiting to be found, but if you do not start flipping over stones now, it may stay there unseen!

This year, the them of Beltane for us was “the highest and the best!”  Too often, we blur the line between what is a reason and what is an excuse for not pursuing our dreams.  For the coming harvest, demand more from yourself and create the life you truly want to live.   Go for it and The Universe will reward your enthusiasm and faith in abundance!
